PINA COLADA

INGREDIENTS

· 50ml Sugar Baron White Rum

· 100ml Coconut Milk or Cream

· 100ml Pineapple Juice or Freshly Pureed Pineapple

· 50ml Condensed milk

· 25ml Lime Juice

METHOD

· Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice

· Shake vigorously and pour into hurricane glass

· Garnish with slice of pineapple and fresh mint

Alternatively, blend ingredients with ice in a blender and pour into glass as above

MANGO DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS

· 50ml Mango Juice

· 50ml SB White Rum

· 50ml Fresh Lime Juice

· 25ml Simple Syrup

METHOD

· Build ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well

· Strain into a Martini glass or Coupe

· Garnish with a twist of lime

Experiment with different flavours by adding one of the following to the shaker: Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Orange, Naartjie, Grapefruit, Papaya etc.
